Network Maintenance

Post-installation support for FTTH, CCTV and networking systems deployed by Cyber FTTH Mart.

OUR SCOPE

From the plan to a maintainable installation.

We support the systems we install after handover, with maintenance scope and response terms agreed for each client.

Who it is for

Builders, resident associations, operators and facilities teams responsible for active infrastructure.

Engineering consideration

Keep as-built drawings, port maps, test records and access ownership available for efficient fault isolation.

PROJECT DEFINITION

Support begins with a usable handover

Maintenance is more effective when the installed network has an asset register, port map, test record and a clear ownership boundary.

Agree before work starts

  • Installed asset and location register.
  • Fault reporting and escalation contacts agreed with the client.
  • Access permissions and safe work arrangements for cabinets, shafts and rooftops.
  • Response terms and exclusions recorded in the maintenance agreement.

Verify before handover

  • Keep updated drawings and a change log after modifications.
  • Record each repair and the verification performed.
  • Review recurring faults for a route, power or environmental cause.

Common questions

Is an AMC automatically included?

No. Maintenance coverage and response terms are agreed for each engagement.

Can you support an undocumented installation?

A survey and baseline record may be needed before a reliable support scope can be priced.
