We execute field FTTH distribution and customer-end connectivity on behalf of operators, including planning, cable deployment, splicing, termination and testing. We do not sell the operator’s internet service directly to subscribers.

Rollout planning for operator networks
For LCOs, MSOs and ISPs, field construction should follow an approved service architecture, a connection-point register and a customer migration sequence.
Agree before work starts
- Existing coaxial pathways and usable assets identified during survey.
- Target connection capacity, distribution boundaries and staged construction areas.
- Passive network topology and operator-approved active equipment interfaces.
- Customer access, cutover coordination and responsibility for provisioning.
Verify before handover
- Reconcile installed distribution points with the planned address register.
- Verify paths and optical limits under the approved test method.
- Provide an as-built network map and exception list at handover.
Common questions
Does this include direct retail service to homes?
No. Cyber FTTH Mart executes infrastructure for the operator; subscription and activation are the operator’s responsibility.
Can the rollout be phased?
Yes. Phasing should be agreed around accessible routes, crews and the operator’s service continuity requirements.
