CYBER FTTH MART · INFRASTRUCTURE INTEGRATION

Company Capability for Infrastructure Projects

From one building to a multi-location scope, define the engineering, procurement, field execution, acceptance and maintenance responsibility.

PROCUREMENT REVIEW

How we would structure a complex award

Survey and BOQ

Obtain site plans and operator requirements, map pathways, create a phased schedule and a project-specific material and labor BOQ.

Fiber and active systems

Coordinate backbone OFC, distribution, PON, racks, switches, wireless, CCTV and access systems at their documented interfaces.

Phased rollout

Divide work by tower, zone or location; agree access, prerequisites and acceptance gates per phase before mobilization.

Verification and handover

Define required optical, copper and functional tests, as-built route and port records, exception management and support ownership.

Commercial boundaries

Confirm the scope, direct contracting party, site permissions, procurement terms and support commitment in the proposal.

Evidence on request

Named staffing, equipment inventory, financial capacity and registrations are supplied only from current approved records during vendor review.

COMPANY-REPORTED SCALE

Experience without invented metrics

Cyber FTTH Mart reports more than 150 FTTH field projects for LCOs, MSOs and ISPs, with approximately 120,000 connection points of aggregate rollout capacity. These are company-supplied figures, not active subscriber counts or a guarantee of available capacity on a new award. Team members bring more than 20 years of industry experience. Deployment is centred on Telangana and Andhra Pradesh; wider South India is discussed by scope.

Largest site, fiber length, camera count, active teams, splicers, OTDR inventory and turnover are shared only after verification and disclosure approval.

NEXT STEP

Prepare a vendor review

Share location, site count, building drawings, existing network, target systems, phasing and tender documents. We can respond with a technical scope and a due-diligence document list.
