Website information
Privacy policy
Last updated: 7 October 2026
Cyber FTTH Mart, based in Hyderabad, Telangana, uses this website to explain its fiber, security and networking services and help customers start project enquiries. This policy explains how information is handled on the public website and when you contact us.
Information you choose to share
An enquiry may include your name, phone number, email address, company, designation, project location, service requirements, approximate size and expected start date. Share only the information needed for a project discussion. Please avoid sending passwords, identity documents or sensitive personal information through the enquiry form.
How the enquiry form works
The form prepares a message in your browser and opens WhatsApp with the details you entered. You review the message and decide whether to send it. The website does not submit the form to a Cyber FTTH Mart database. Opening the WhatsApp link shares the prepared message with WhatsApp so it can display it. If you send it, our team receives it through WhatsApp.
If you choose an email link, your email application prepares the message. Emails, attachments and WhatsApp conversations are handled through those services and their privacy policies. Our form does not accept file uploads; drawings and BOQs can be shared separately by email.
How we use enquiry information
We use information you send to respond to your enquiry, understand the site and scope, prepare proposals, coordinate agreed work and provide support. We may need to share relevant project information with people supporting that work, or comply with a lawful requirement. We do not sell enquiry details.
Keep credentials and security-sensitive drawings out of public messages. If a project needs them, agree a suitable transfer method with the team.
Essential settings and optional analytics
The website uses browser storage for essential preferences, including your privacy choice and the logo intro preference. These help the site remember your selection and do not constitute advertising tracking.
If optional Google Analytics is enabled, it loads only after you choose Allow analytics. It can measure page visits and whether visitors select a phone, email or WhatsApp contact option, or prepare an enquiry. Our custom analytics events do not include form entries, phone numbers, email addresses or message text. We remove query strings and fragments from the page and referrer URLs sent by our analytics code. Google may process connection and device information under its own privacy policy.
Select here or in the footer to change your choice. Essential only keeps optional analytics off and clears the Google Analytics cookies accessible to this site. Your choice is remembered for up to 180 days, after which we ask again if analytics is enabled. Blocking browser storage may prevent your choice being remembered.
The hosting provider may process technical connection information to deliver and secure the website. External services you choose to open operate under their own policies.
Retention and your requests
We keep enquiry and project communications for the purpose of responding to you, carrying out agreed work, providing support and meeting applicable record-keeping requirements. The period depends on the project and the type of record. Contact us if you want to access, correct or request deletion of information you sent. Some records may need to be retained for an ongoing contract or a legal obligation.
For a privacy question, complaint or request, email cyberftthmart@gmail.com or call +91 77992 88660. Include enough detail to locate the enquiry. We may ask for proportionate information to verify a request.
Other websites and policy updates
This site links to manufacturer documentation, project information and services such as WhatsApp and Google Maps. Their content and data practices are separate from this website. You can read WhatsApp's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy.
We may update this policy when the website or our information practices change. The date above identifies the latest update.
