Optical Fiber Wall Outlet / FTTH Faceplate

A cleaner customer-end connection is being developed for apartment and villa FTTH installations.

PRODUCT STATUS

A customer-end design concept

Illustrative 3D concept of an optical fiber outlet on an interior wall

The planned optical fiber wall outlet is intended to hide the drop termination neatly at the wall and present a protected patch-cord connection to the ONT. The image is a concept render, not a photograph of an installed product.

Final dimensions, adapter choice, SC/APC or SC/UPC interface, internal fiber management, bend protection, enclosure material, mounting box compatibility and compliance are still under product validation. No technical specification or availability is asserted before approval.

INSTALLATION REVIEW

What a builder and operator should confirm

Wall and pathway

Confirm the flat plan, conduit, box depth, bend allowances and an accessible route from shaft to customer outlet.

Optical interface

Choose connector and adapter to match the actual operator equipment and drop cable. Verify inspection and cleaning access.

ONT position

Allow a short protected patch cord, nearby electrical supply and practical Wi-Fi coverage for the active device.

Sample and acceptance

Review a physical prototype, installation mock-up, optical tests and maintenance access before volume deployment.
