DESIGN

Coverage before hardware

Survey and placement

Map users, building materials, coverage zones, outdoor areas, expected device density and roaming paths before deciding access-point positions.

Network and power

Confirm switch PoE capacity, controller or cloud management, VLANs, fiber uplinks, rack locations and power resilience.

User experience

Separate guest and employee access, agree authentication and access policies, and test high-density or roaming areas against the project requirement.

HANDOVER

What should be documented

Acceptance record

Keep the approved AP map, configuration ownership, coverage checks, port and VLAN schedules and unresolved exceptions.

Lifecycle

Review channel use, firmware and configuration changes under an agreed support plan. A site survey and selected hardware determine the final design.

DELIVERY MODEL

One accountable project sequence

Survey → Design → BOQ → Supply → Installation → Testing → Commissioning → Documentation → Handover → AMC. Specific work packages and acceptance criteria are agreed before execution.
