Identify IP phones, analog phones, apartment stations, entrance panels, extensions and expected simultaneous calls.

Integration

Confirm SIP trunk requirements, IP PBX or EPABX, FXS/FXO interfaces, voice VLAN, PoE and the operator handoff.

Resilience

Agree failure behaviour for power, internet and internal network interruptions, especially for gate and emergency functions.

ACCEPTANCE

Test the conversations

Call routing

Test inbound, outbound, transfer and escalation paths against the approved dial plan.

Handover

Record extension map, rack and port allocation, configuration custody and support responsibilities.
