Integrated ELV systems for connected buildings
Coordinate CCTV, access control, video intercom, entrance barriers and their network infrastructure through one agreed plan, from device locations to commissioning and handover.

EXTRA-LOW-VOLTAGE INFRASTRUCTURE
Plan the interfaces before installing the devices.
ELV is a broad building-services category. Our project scope brings together the security, communication, fiber and network systems we install. A coordinated layout identifies pathways, equipment rooms, power dependencies, network boundaries and the people responsible for each interface.
Cyber FTTH Mart works with builders, property managers, commercial facilities and operators in Hyderabad, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, with other South India work agreed to the project scope.
CCTV and security monitoring
Plan camera positions, usable views, cable routes, PoE switching, fiber uplinks, recording and the monitoring workspace. Coordinate retention requirements, event actions and access to recordings before commissioning.
CCTV planning and installationAccess control and entrance barriers
Coordinate readers, controllers, door interfaces and boom barriers with site access rules. Agree permissions, opening requests, visitor handling and equipment dependencies with the client and the approved system supplier.
Video door phones and intercom
Map entrance panels to apartments, reception, security desks or departments. Plan audio and video communication, extensions, calling groups and the required connection to door or gate controls.
Video intercom and telephonyShared fiber and structured networking
Plan the building backbone, shafts, edge cabinets, patch panels and switch capacity around the agreed endpoints. Use suitable traffic separation and management permissions for the systems that share the network.
Enterprise network infrastructureINTEGRATION RESPONSIBILITIES
A common backbone needs a clear system boundary.
Compatible IP systems can use a coordinated fiber and Ethernet backbone. Device protocols, gateways, power and approved independent circuits determine how each system connects.
| System | Confirm before installation | Handover evidence |
|---|---|---|
| CCTV | Coverage, recording, network access and operator actions. | Camera register, port map, recording and event checks. |
| Access and barriers | Permissions, controller interfaces, visitor process and agreed failure behaviour. | Entrance register, opening tests and configuration ownership. |
| Intercom and video door phones | Call destinations, apartment or extension mapping and gate interfaces. | Endpoint register and call-flow test records. |
| PA, fire-panel or BMS interfaces | The specialist supplier's approved network or gateway interface, independent controls and responsibilities. | Interface schedule and witnessed tests for the agreed connection. |
Public address, fire detection and building-management interfaces are coordinated from approved drawings and the specialist supplier's requirements. Required life-safety controls and circuits remain as specified by the responsible designer and approval authority. Each quotation identifies the systems and interfaces included.
PROJECT DELIVERABLES
Make the installation maintainable.
Survey, design and BOQ
- Endpoint schedule, equipment locations and proposed cable routes.
- Fiber allocation, cabinet or rack layout, switch and PoE requirements.
- System interface register and responsibility for power, pathways and approvals.
- Project-specific equipment selection and bill of quantities.
Commissioning and handover
- Labeled cables, endpoints and documented patching.
- Agreed connectivity, call, access and recording checks.
- As-built drawings, equipment records and configuration custody.
- Maintenance coverage, escalation contacts and change responsibilities.
Planning questions
Can several systems share the same fiber backbone?
Yes, where the selected equipment, topology, bandwidth, traffic separation and interfaces support it. The network and system design determines the required fibers, switches and independent circuits.
Can you work with the project's existing system suppliers?
We can review their approved interface requirements and coordinate the agreed network, cabling and installation scope with the project team.
What should we send for a proposal?
Send the site drawings, location, system list, endpoint quantities, existing equipment, preferred suppliers and project programme. Include any consultant specifications and interfaces that need coordination.
Bring the drawings and scope together.
Share your site, equipment requirements and expected programme. We will review the interfaces, BOQ, installation sequence and handover requirements with you.
